Rhode, if your Christmas tree wasn't up at least
two weeks ago, I'm going to be very disappointed.

No snow, no tree.

Now that there's snow however... all I'm going to say is, check back to this blog tomorrow morning.

I don't mean to overplay my Ebeneezer Scroogeness, but I do believe the rule on the tree is that it doesn't go up before Thanksgiving. And the preferred date is actually 2-December; for obvious reasons.

Now I suspect that you can plead the necessity of creating your own traditions, but you'd better have a damn good reason.

i miss you and your ridiculous obsession with christmas (and white christmas). it hasn't snowed here yet. i'm moving in january, so i'm not putting up christmas decorations this year (it doesn't make sense to unpack them and then pack them up again).
